Lockgreen Bathroom
Our client reached out to us to renovate her existing bathroom. We reglazed the tub, installed new tile flooring, a new vanity and fresh paint for a new look!
Modern Staircase
For this project we removed a dated staircase to a second floor and installed a new modern staircase with glass handrails and floating stairs.
Structural Renovation
Our client had a home with balloon framed walls. These walls were bowing out due to the installation of a bay window.
Utilizing the plans developed with our structural engineer we pulled the wall into plumb using multiple cable straps and fastened the wall to the ceiling using metal coil strap.
Rose Kitchen
Complete renovation of kitchen. We removed two load bearing walls in the dining room to kitchen area to create an open concept!
Green Bathroom
After completely gutting this bathroom to the studs, we reinforced the floor, then tiled the floors and new shower. New vanity and paint completes the space.

Basement Renovation
For this project our client contacted us about their existing basement that was unfinished. We saw cut the slab and installed plumbing for a new bathroom, then added a bedroom and rear office. After framing all walls we insulated, installed drywall, painted and floored the space.
Shower Update
We were contracted by a Richmond Landlord looking to update the main shower for their long term tenants.
Budget Bathroom
Our client reached out to us for a quick bathroom update as they had family coming in town. We were able to replace their vanity with new cabinets, a custom countertop, and laminated flooring in under a week!
Storage Shed
Our client contacted us for a new storage shed. We installed a hardpacked gravel bed with retaining walls, then custom framed the shed and painted to match their house color.
